If your little one is navigating big, tricky thoughts and feelings, or just needs a gentle, screen-free reset during the winter break❄️
This is an intentional, trauma-informed space designed specifically to help children aged 3 to 10 to decompress, lower their nervous system arousal, and safely discharge stress through
hands-on, playful, somatic play✨️
The Details:
📆When: Friday 10th July, 10:00am–11:00am
📍Where: Trott Park Community Centre
💰Cost: $25.00 per child (excluding card processing fee)
📏Group Size & Age - Minimum 4, maximum 10: Ages 3-10
Note: Attendance of 1 parent or support worker is required per child/sibling group
