We all feel fear— fear of change, fear of the unknown. But fear isn't just a thought—it's a physical response that activates the brain's survival mode =fight, flight, or freeze. 👍Validate that fear while anchoring ourselves with the truth: We are safe right now. Here are 3 ways you can help not only your kids' fears, but also your own fears. 1🕵️ Thought Detective Thoughts driven by fear feel like undeniable facts ("I can't do it!"). Help your child spot the 'Worry Script.'
