Our Services

Nature-based Counselling

Our qualified Social Worker provides confidential, 1:1 counselling for children and young people across Southern Adelaide.

Using evidence-based approaches, we support youth in managing mental health challenges, building healthy coping skills, and developing lifelong resilience.

Specialised Support for:

  • Emotional Regulation: Practical tools to help your child find calm during moments of high distress.

  • School & Academic Stress: Navigating school refusal, social pressure, and academic anxiety.

  • Coping Skills: Developing lifelong regulation tools in calming, natural environments.

As a mobile youth service, we meet young people where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s at school, in a community space, or at a local trail or park.

Therapeutic Mentoring

We help young people to confidently engage in community activities, hobbies, and social spaces. Mentoring reduces barriers and builds self-assurance, helping youth discover new interests and meaningful connections.

Hands-on support includes:

  • Social Inclusion: Attending local activities and exploring new community experiences.

  • Life Skills: Cooking healthy meals, organising daily routines, and managing personal spaces.

  • Real-World Integration: Bridging the gap between clinical therapy and daily life by applying strategies from your child’s Psychologist, OT, or Speech Pathologist in everyday settings.

Sessions are typically 2–4 hours, providing ample time for meaningful, real-world engagement.

Service Area: 30 minutes in all directions from Hallett Cove.

Early Years Sensory & Regulation Workshops (Ages 2–8)

Interactive, nature-inspired workshops designed specifically for children aged 2 to 8 years old across  Adelaide.

Big feelings and sensory overwhelm can feel massive for young children. Traditional talking therapy often doesn't fit early childhood development, so our workshops are completely play-based, hands-on, and sensory-driven.

We use trauma-informed, low-demand, and child-led frameworks to help young children explore emotions, understand their bodies, and find calm through play.
