It’s time to meet the final member of our wildlife crew: Gully the Koala 🐾

G’day again!

Gully is our expert on the self-cuddle. She knows that some days, the world feels a bit too loud and wobbly. The sun can feel "scratchy," and thoughts get heavy and tangled like messy vines in the scrub. When that happens, Gully gets "Fuzzy Overwhelm"—that shaky feeling that makes her heart beat a little too fast.

But Gully has a secret:

1️⃣ She stops. She doesn't try to climb away from the wobbly feelings.

2️⃣ She squeezes. She crosses her fluffy arms and gives herself a big, firm cuddle to ground her body.

3️⃣ She imagines. With her eyes closed, she visits her "safe space"—a quiet, mossy hollow that smells like fresh rain.

Gully teaches us that we aren't "stuck" when we feel overwhelmed. We just need a deep, sensory squeeze and a moment in our own quiet sanctuary to find our center again. 🌿✨
