1.🔭 Feeling worried, notice it: Bring your focus back to here & now by noticing what it feels like, likes like, sounds like etc. Move back to the present moment.


2.😤 Feeling annoyed or mad? Squeeze it, its a safe way to release pent-up up frustrations from the body.



3. 😟Feeling restless and anxious? Toss it. Throwing and catching helps ground you, release excesses emotions and helps your body move in a safe way to help with the restlessness.
